At ANH Coaching I strive to help people and families fulfil their long-term health and wellness through one-to-one and group coaching sessions. Based in Bath, I provide online-coaching sessions throughout the UK. If you are within the local area and prefer a face-to-face session, this can be arranged. For families or people who have difficulty in travelling, home visits are available. This is especially the case for young families as I want your children to feel comfortable and relaxed in their own environment.

About me, Mark Burcombe
Find out more about me and my journey. I spent many years working within an IT role and for a period of time I let myself suffer with poor habits both physically and mentally. With a young family, I wanted to be around to watch them grow and hopefully to see and meet my grandchildren in the future. Find out more about why and how I made the changes I needed to make.
Nutrition and fitness
The world and advice regarding nutrition is constantly changing and people are understandably confused when they are bombarded with lots of information from different sources trying to market specific diets and food sources. I will work closely with you to support you in achieving your long-term goals, including weight management. A personal assessment and plan will help you achieve what is best for you and your health.
Good nutritious food does not have to be boring or come with no flavour. As part of my offering, I provide some examples of recipes which can form part of a good balanced diet. Healthy, nutritious and tasty, I only recommend recipes I have cooked and eaten myself. Take a look at some of my suggestions, and feel free to let me know of any suggestions or recipes of your own.
